CorEnergy Board Foregoes Declaration of Dividend to Preserve Cash Given the Company’s Current Financial Condition; REIT Election to be Terminated or Revoked

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc (“CorEnergy” or “Company”) elected to not declare and pay a dividend prior to the end of 2025, which is required for the Company to remain qualified as a REIT.

These utility-like infrastructure assets include pipelines, storage tanks, transmission lines and gathering systems.
